Reach Prospects Through Social Media

I just came across this great posting by Brian Brady at Bloodhound Blog (love the name, BTW). In his post, Brian talks about a few clear cut ways that you can actually connect with potential prospects out on LinkedIn and Facebook. Check out "LinkedIn as a Prospecting Tool."

Another tactic to consider: talk to other reps/managers on your team and take advantage of each other's networks. Look to see if they know contacts at any of your target organizations and as for introductions. Pooling your networks can be an effective way of expanding your prospect list.
